Position Summary: We are seeking an IMSS Analyst to ensure regulatory compliance in social security, managing employee enrollment transactions, calculating contributions, and responding to authority requests. Response to authority requests At **ON Business Management**, we seek an **IMSS Analyst** to ensure regulatory compliance in social security matters by properly managing employee enrollment transactions, calculating employer-employee contributions, and responding to authority requests. **Requirements:** * Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an IMSS Analyst * Proficiency in **IDSE, SUA, SIPARE, and INFONAVIT** systems * Intermediate Excel skills * Knowledge of the IMSS Law * Skills: organization, analytical ability, commitment, and teamwork **Responsibilities:** * Management of employee registrations, terminations, and salary adjustments with IMSS (IDSE) * Calculation and determination of employer-employee contributions (IMSS and INFONAVIT) * Handling and updating of employee movements in SUA * Monitoring and tracking of INFONAVIT and FONACOT loans * Response to IMSS and INFONAVIT authority requests * Management of disability certifications (ST-7 and ST-2 forms) * Submission of informative declarations (ICSOE and SISUB) * Annual risk premium determination * ISN calculation and filing * Use of IMSS electronic mailbox * Preparation of monthly reconciliations and verifications * Obtaining compliance opinions (IMSS and INFONAVIT) * Updating databases for internal audits **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Work location: Torre Mayor, Mexico City. **We Offer:** * Salary: **MXN $14,500 to $15,000 per month** * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers (starting after 3 months) * TotalPass agreement * Solve Express (payroll advance) Salary: MXN $14,500.00 – $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
