Agreements and benefits for employees At **Grupo Plasencia Automotriz**, we seek to integrate into our team a professional who ensures compliance with employer obligations before the IMSS, guaranteeing accurate, timely, and regulation-compliant processes. This position is critical to maintaining operational stability and legal compliance of the organization. **Responsibilities** * Employee registrations, terminations, and salary modifications with the IMSS * Monitoring and tracking of incidents (disabilities, workplace risks, etc.) * Calculation of bimonthly variables (Daily Integrated Salary - SDI) * Calculation and validation of worker-employer contributions * Management of SUA, IDSE, and IMSS Virtual Desktop * Responding to IMSS and INFONAVIT requests * Reconciliation of payroll movements vs. payroll records **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role * Solid knowledge of the Social Security Law * Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, and intermediate-to-advanced Excel * Prior experience with INFONAVIT and FONACOT is desirable **Competencies** * Attention to detail * Organization * Numerical analysis * Responsibility and confidentiality * Teamwork **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, AFORE) * Savings fund * Preferential rate for Major Medical Expense Insurance * Exclusive discounts on medical insurance with Platinum membership * Agreements and benefits for employees * Job stability and growth opportunities * Excellent work environment Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: Up to $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
