Manage labor relations and support operational leaders At **Bobo Burgers**, we are looking for a **Human Resources Manager** to lead the HR function and ensure the smooth operation of personnel processes across our units. We seek a candidate with experience in the restaurant or retail industry. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead the Human Resources department and coordinate the recruitment, payroll, and personnel administration teams. * Ensure coverage of operational and administrative vacancies. * Supervise processes related to **hiring, termination, contracts, and employee files**. * Coordinate incident management, attendance control, and communication with payroll. * Implement strategies to reduce turnover and improve retention. * Manage **labor relations**, conflict resolution, and disciplinary follow-up. * Implement and standardize internal policies, regulations, and procedures. * Support operational leaders (managers and kitchen supervisors) on personnel matters. * Coordinate training, onboarding, and development initiatives. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal audits. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Coordinator. * Proven experience in the **restaurant, food, retail, or chain store** industry. * Solid knowledge of the **Mexican Federal Labor Law**, handling of terminations, and labor relations. * Experience managing (200\+ employees preferred). * Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure. * Willingness to travel between branches. **Key Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making * Negotiation and conflict management * Results orientation * Effective communication * Planning and control **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Staff meals **Apply through this channel and join an expanding brand.** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $25,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
