We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Kanasín, Yucatán. **Job Requirements** * Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. * Experience handling payroll incidents, online platform and social media recruitment. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Human capital management. * Knowledge of communication channels. * Strategic decision-making ability. **Job Responsibilities** * Management of a workforce of 50 employees. * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative personnel. * Training and onboarding. * Handling of employee separations. * Preparation of preliminary payroll. * Managing employee hiring and termination records. * Vacation and leave tracking and administration. * Distribution and control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Monitoring of the Integrated Management System (IMS) process. * Administrative tasks. * Monitoring and implementation of training programs to ensure proper staff performance. * Workplace climate. * Tracking IMSS forms. * Maintaining employee files. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Statutory benefits. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Profit-sharing. * Tax-free monthly salary ranging from $10,000 to $15,000\. * Positive work environment and corporate culture rooted in respect.
