




At **Geely Lomas**, we are seeking a **Human Resources Assistant** to provide operational and administrative support to the department, participating in recruitment processes, incident tracking, personnel file management, and employee service—contributing to the smooth operation and compliance of internal processes. Main Responsibilities* Support recruitment and selection processes (job posting, resume screening, and follow-up). * Control and preparation of employee files. * Support in onboarding, offboarding, and employee transfers. * Data entry and control of payroll incidents (tardiness, absences, leaves of absence, vacations). * Employee assistance and follow-up. * Support in onboarding and new hire processes. * Preparation and control of administrative documents (contracts, letters, HR forms). * General support to the Human Resources department. * Payroll support Requirements* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position (preferred). * Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Basic knowledge of HR and payroll processes (preferred). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of urgency.
