




Job Summary: Supports the Human Resources department in the administrative and operational management of recruitment, selection, and personnel control processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and scheduling of initial interviews with applicants. 2. Assistance in drafting and managing contracts and internal documentation. 3. Recording, logging, and tracking payroll incidents. **Job Objective:** To support the Human Resources department in the administrative and operational management of recruitment, selection, and personnel control processes, ensuring proper documentation filing and timely tracking of incidents. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordination and scheduling of initial interviews with applicants. * Requesting and following up on employment references for final candidates. * Assistance in drafting and managing contracts, notices, and internal documentation. * Creation, organization, and physical archiving of personnel files. * Recording, logging, and tracking payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations, disabilities, leave requests). * Payroll control (printing, signing, and archiving). Education: Technical or completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Experience: 1 year in Human Resources.
