Description and details of activities **Workplace: Mexicali.** **Activity description:** * Manage daily digital sales operations through websites, marketplaces, and electronic communication channels. * Attend to customers via email, messaging, and digital platforms, following up until sale closure. * Promote inventory turnover of available products, prioritizing placement of proprietary brands. * Perform administrative follow-up on orders, information validation, and invoicing. * Coordinate with logistics for correct shipment scheduling within operational time windows. * Ensure competitive response times on marketplaces to maintain positioning. * Maintain control and timely updates of information in commercial systems. * Provide post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. * Align work with warehouse operational capacity without generating operational overload. * Manage active listings on digital platforms (Website, eBay, Mercado Libre, Amazon). * Respond to customer requests every day when marketplace requirements exist. * Schedule weekend-received orders for dispatch on the next business day. * Monitor inventory allocated to the digital channel and report needs. * Ensure orders are properly documented before being sent to logistics. * Promote strategic products defined by the commercial management team. * Support monthly stock control assigned to the digital channel. **Not a call center // Not door-to-door sales // 100% industrial sales.** Experience and requirements **Requirements:** * Minimum English proficiency of 60% (spoken and written; assessment conducted). * Experience in customer service and sales. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Organization, follow-up ability, and results orientation. * Proactive and service-oriented attitude. **We offer:** * Schedule: **Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.** * Salary: $3,300.00 to $4,000.00, based on experience. * **Three-month retention bonus** (details provided during interview). * Statutory benefits. * 100% formal payroll. * No probationary week. * Performance bonuses starting from indefinite-term contract. * Punctuality and attendance bonuses. * Grocery vouchers starting from the first completed month. * Toka Care benefits. * Accident insurance.
