Team collaboration for efficient kitchen workflow **Job Objective** Support food preparation and production while maintaining order, cleanliness, and compliance with quality and hygiene standards, contributing to efficient and consistent service aligned with the restaurant’s concept. **Responsibilities** · Assist in ingredient preparation (washing, cutting, portioning, and maintaining order). · Follow instructions from the Executive Chef and cooks when performing tasks. · Assist in dish preparation according to established recipes and procedures. · Keep workstation clean and organized during service. · Prepare and restock supplies required for daily operations. · Assist in basic food plating and presentation. · Comply with food hygiene and safe handling standards. · Assist in general kitchen and production area cleaning. · Collaborate with the team to maintain efficient kitchen workflow. · Report shortages or incidents to the kitchen supervisor. **Requirements** · Minimum 6 months to 1 year of kitchen or similar experience (preferred). · Basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen utensils. · Willingness to learn and follow instructions. · Responsibility, organization, and punctuality. · Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. · Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays. · Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent (preferred). **We Offer** ● Base salary: **$9,600 MXN per month** \+ tips ● Weekly payment ● Statutory benefits ● Professional and dynamic environment ● Opportunity for learning and growth **Schedule:** Monday through Sunday, with **1 rotating weekday day off**. 7:00 am – 3:00 pm **Work Mode:** On-site Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $9,600.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Medical expense insurance * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
