Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant with experience in handling NOI, SUA, and the Federal Labor Law (LFT) for personnel administration, payroll preparation and stamping, and managing IMSS registrations and cancellations. Key Highlights: 1. Payroll management and personnel administration. 2. Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and portals such as IDSE. 3. Preparation of payroll files and stamping of pay slips. A 100% Mexican cleaning company is seeking a **PAYROLL ASSISTANT**. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration, incomplete or completed. Minimum **1 year** of experience in: \* NOI handling \* SUA handling \* Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) \* Portal management, including IDSE (registrations, cancellations, modifications) **Main Responsibilities** * Payroll management and personnel administration, including hiring, incident tracking, vacations, deductions, attendance, punctuality, IMSS registrations and cancellations, file management, severance payments, and labor termination. * Preparation of payroll files, accounting for incidents. * Ensuring employees have all necessary documentation for benefit payments (employment contracts, payroll cards, and additional benefits). * Stamping of pay slips. * Preparing registrations, cancellations, salary modifications, and severance payments according to company needs.
