Embark on a New Adventure with PROTEG as "Claims Executive" We are seeking a "Claims Executive" for an important risk management advisory firm in order to efficiently serve our clients by offering comprehensive solutions with a high degree of human care and moral commitment. **Functions** * Efficiently and accurately issue and quote insurance policies. * Follow up and manage issued policies. * Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction. * Attend to and follow up on property damage claims. * Conduct inspection visits at warehouses, vessels, buildings, and constructions. * Analyze causes, coverages, and policy conditions. * Report, document, and follow up claims with insurance companies. **Requirements** * Knowledge of the insurance sector in the property damage field. * 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles within insurance companies focused on claims. * Must have studied engineering. * Proficiency in digital tools, office software, and insurance platforms. * Schedule: Flexible hours; attend the office in person 2 or 3 days per week, and work remotely the remaining days from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break. * Location: Saltillo, Coahuila.
