Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to support the accountant in determining accounting information, performing bank reconciliations and journal entries. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for proactive and organized professionals. *** ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT *** **Gender:** Unspecified. **Age:** 25 – 35 years old **Field of Study:** High School Diploma (Technical Accounting), or Accounting undergraduate candidate (incomplete degree acceptable). **Minimum Experience:** 1 year of experience in accounting areas (Preferably in Construction, but not mandatory). **Knowledge Requirements:** Accounting entries (Aspel COI), bank reconciliations, XML handling, calculation of Local and Federal taxes (Income Tax, VAT, DIOT), electronic accounting and inventory management, Excel proficiency, IMSS knowledge, payroll calculation (ASPEL NOI). **Job Objective:** To serve as the primary support to the accountant in determining accounting information for timely and accurate reporting. **Responsibilities:** - Bank reconciliations. - Accounting entries (revenues, expenses, and journal) in Aspel COI. - Support in tax determination. - DIOT (monthly). - Filing of accounting information. - Support in IMSS determination. **Competencies:** - Excellent communication. - Proactive. - Control-oriented. - Organized. - Frustration tolerance. - Teamwork. - Analytical. - Responsible. - Ability to work under pressure.
