Your role will be key in ensuring accurate transaction recording, payment tracking, and compliance with tax and labor obligations. **Main Responsibilities** * Register and validate supplier invoices. * Perform periodic bank reconciliations. * Prepare accounting entries and ensure their correct classification. * Support payment tracking and control for suppliers. * Review and classify expense receipts. * Collaborate in payroll calculation, validation, and digital stamping. * Maintain up-to-date employee administrative records. * Assist in preparing accounting and financial reports. **Required Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Professional ethics and confidentiality. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and teamwork abilities.
