Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in general accounting, preparation and analysis of financial statements, and operation of accounting systems. Opportunity to work collaboratively with commitment and ethics * Accounting Assistant: 2 years of experience (Mandatory) * Completed Bachelor's degree * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Requirements:** * Preparation and analysis of financial statements. * Proficiency in Contpaqi Accounting and Payroll software * Monthly and annual tax filings for individuals and legal entities * Operation of IMSS, IDSE, SUA, and SIPARE portals * Management and processing via SAT portal * Preparation of working papers and calculation of monthly provisional tax payments * Advanced Excel skills * Proven experience in general accounting **Professional Skills:** * Teamwork and collaboration * Responsibility and honesty * Commitment * Financial analysis and problem-solving * Respectful and friendly interpersonal communication * Professional ethics * Flexibility and adaptability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,500.00 - $11,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * General accounting: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
