Requirements: · Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. · More than 2 years of treasury experience. · Proficiency in accounting software and/or knowledge of financial ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: · Administer the company’s cash flow, ensuring availability for operations and projects. · Manage payments and collections, optimizing financial resources. · Prepare financial reports and support decision-making. · Maintain employee records and calculate payroll and benefits payments. · Develop budgets for construction and maintenance projects using quotations, and monitor current expenditures against those budgets. · Reconcile the company’s accounting statements with tax and labor reports. · Coordinate with clients and suppliers, maintaining strategic relationships.
