




Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Administrative Assistant to support management in accounting and administrative tasks, including payroll, tax, and invoicing management. Key Highlights: 1. Direct support to management and administrative department 2. Preparation and control of payroll, taxes, and general accounting 3. Management of invoicing, bank reconciliations, and documentation Administrative Assistant **Location:** San Pedro Garza García, N.L. (Alestra Tower) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monthly salary: $16,000 net Statutory benefits: * IMSS * One-month Christmas bonus Required Profile We seek a person with high discretion, ability to work in teams, and solid mathematical reasoning. Advanced Excel skills are mandatory. Requirements: * Technical degree, incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in administrative or accounting field * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position * Experience in payroll, taxes, and general accounting * Excel proficiency (mandatory) * Proficiency in administrative systems * Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented individual * Excellent communication skills and service-oriented attitude Main Responsibilities: * Direct support to management and administrative department * Preparation and control of payroll * Support in tax calculation and filing * Management of invoicing and bank reconciliations * Control and organization of documentation * Preparation of Excel reports * Follow-up on administrative and accounting tasks Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
