




Job Summary: Supports the execution and monitoring of accounting and tax-related activities, recording of transactions, and financial closings in accordance with applicable laws. Professional development opportunities **JOB OBJECTIVE** Execute and monitor the company’s accounting and tax-related activities in compliance with current legal provisions, supporting transaction recording, document control, and financial closings. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Entry of income, expense, and journal vouchers * Review and validation of CFDI receipts * Knowledge of CFDI issuance and electronic payroll receipts * Knowledge of payment complement issuance * Filing and control of accounting and tax documentation * Monitoring of accounting department processes * Support for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings * Bank reconciliations * Preparation of DIOT (Taxpayer’s Information Return) * Preparation of working papers * Analysis of accounting accounts * Integration of Accounts Payable (CXP) and Accounts Receivable (CXC) * Proficiency in Excel * Participation in tax calculation and tax filing. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting (degree certificate and professional license).** * Flexible availability of working hours * One year of experience in general accounting, CFDI, tax regulations, and payroll processing * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs. **We Offer:** * Net salary of 12,000 to $15,000 MXN per month (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Dynamic and collaborative work environment * Professional development opportunities Schedule your interview: 55 8075 7312 / María José Cruz Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site employment
