Job Summary: We are seeking a Collections Assistant to support the recovery of outstanding balances, reduce delinquency rates, and prevent financial losses at a major life center. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recovery of overdue accounts receivable balances 2. Contacting customers for collection and payment negotiation 3. Managing collection strategies and recording negotiations We’re looking for talented individuals! You are invited to participate in the selection process for the position of: **"Collections Assistant"** Join one of the most important life centers in Querétaro **Work Location: Puerta la Victoria Life Center.** **Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a 2-hour lunch break; Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.** Requirements: * Education: Finance, CPA, Economics, or Administration * Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience, preferably in shopping centers. Responsibilities: * Recover overdue accounts receivable balances, reduce account delinquency levels, and prevent company financial loss by performing collections and implementing collection strategies. * Contact customers regarding overdue accounts receivable. * Secure payment commitments from customers or authorized payers, achieving a satisfactory fulfillment rate for accounts receivable collection. * Maintain records of payment negotiations to reach mutually satisfactory agreements in favor of the company. Required Skills: * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency * Ability to work under pressure * Organized and proactive * Attention to detail * Teamwork orientation. We Offer: * **Salary: Initial gross monthly salary of $19,850; adjusted to $20,840 gross after 3 months.
