




Position Summary: A leading company in the furniture industry is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage payroll and personnel files, with a focus on documentation and attendance control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive payroll management for administrative and unionized staff. 2. Documentation and personnel file control for the organization's staff. 3. Assistance in attendance, leave, and overtime management. A prominent company in the furniture industry requires: **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT**, to work in the payroll department. **EXPERIENCE:** 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant. (Not exclusive). **OBJECTIVE:** To execute tasks, controls, and procedures required for the accurate and timely preparation of payroll for administrative and unionized staff; to maintain optimal control over documentation, forms, and personnel files across the entire organization. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Proficiency in Office suite, especially Excel. * Hiring processes for unionized staff. * Use of time clocks for generating reports. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Updating personnel files. * Hiring unionized workers. * Data entry for payroll (vacations, leaves). * Monthly closing of production attendance and overtime. * Vacation control. * Control of exit slips and petty cash reports. * Collaboration with the company’s accountant regarding staff attendance, leaves, and overtime. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM\.
