




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in customer service and administrative tasks to assist in the registration, preparation, and control of databases, as well as provide operational and administrative support. With over 25 years of experience, we are a proudly Mexican company focused on delivering excellent service and prompt responses to our customers’ claims. **Position:** Administrative Assistant **Location:** Mariano Escobedo, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Incomplete Bachelor’s Degree 1 year of experience in customer service 1 year of experience in administrative tasks Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. 1 year of experience working with Excel spreadsheets **DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE:** Basic knowledge of vehicle-related procedures **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Data entry into the vehicle fleet ERP system Preparation and updating of databases (insurance policies, license plates, vehicle registrations, etc.) Organization of digital folders Preparation of weekly and monthly reports Database control and updates (insurance policies, license plates, vehicle registrations, etc.) Document handling and filing Preparation and printing of consolidated reports Operational and administrative support **WE OFFER:** **Salary:** $8,000 net per month.
