Direct employment with the company Grupo Mandala is looking for: **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** **BENEFITS:** \- Base salary: $13,000.00 per MONTH (tax-free) \- Statutory benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacations, vacation premium, etc.) \- Direct employment \- Growth opportunity RESPONSIBILITIES: Audit daily cash register closure reports (Point of Sale) Audit and control invoice issuance to customers Manage branch petty cash expenses Audit branch petty cash fund Review credit purchase records from authorized suppliers Verify system entries and exits in warehouse records Monthly inventory reporting and data entry Procure supplies for production centers and points of sale Audit and analyze Unit Cost control (Stage 2) Prepare and submit monthly consolidated sales report to headquarters Process corresponding payroll payments Validate supplier invoices with Accounting Department Submit invoice list for payment to Accounting Department Submit credit card sales vouchers Submit monthly printed folder of sales invoices Submit digital folder of sales invoices Review pending invoices with Accounting Department; submit weekly purchase report Submit Profit and Loss Statement report Submit sales reports **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum one year of experience in a similar or related position * Availability of time SCHEDULE: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Location: Patria Area Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Education: * Completed high school diploma (Preferred) Experience: * Office experience: 1 year (Preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
