This position will support various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient and effective handling of established processes and procedures.* **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar positions preferred. * **Education:** Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Accounting. * **Knowledge:** Ability to operate standard vehicles. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Electronic banking management:** Perform deposits and transfers for payments. * **Bank deposit control:** Maintain detailed and accurate records of all deposits made into the company’s bank accounts. * **Report generation:** Prepare daily income and expense reports, sales reports, and cash register reconciliations. * **Invoice control:** Supervise and manage proper recording and filing of issued invoices, ensuring correct documentation of transactions. * **Attendance and payroll control:** Manage employee attendance records, as well as preparation of pre-payroll and payroll review, including employee onboarding and offboarding. * **Government agency procedures:** Carry out necessary procedures and formalities with government agencies, consistently adhering to legal requirements and best administrative practices. **Employment Offer:** * **Base Salary:** $15,000 MXN per month, tax-free * **Statutory Benefits:** From day one, we offer statutory benefits including full IMSS coverage, Infonavit, vacation bonus, paid vacation days, and Christmas bonus, ensuring employee welfare and security. *If you meet the requirements and wish to join a continuously growing team within one of the most recognized bowling chains in the industry, we invite you to apply.*
