




**Responsibilities** **Accounting / Finance** * Recording accounting transactions with understanding of underlying principles. * Bank reconciliations. * Issuance and control of invoicing. * Review and financial budgeting. * Support in monthly closing and expense tracking. **Administrative / HR** * Vendor payments: scheduling, control, tracking, and onboarding. * Control of fixed expenses and budget tracking. * Coordination with various departments to gather administrative information. * Organization of documentation and general support for the administrative–financial area. **(Payments, invoices, payment complements, contracts, etc.)** * Preparation of vendor contracts: completing fields, sending, and tracking. **HR** * Safeguarding applicant information. * Preparation, delivery, and signing of contracts, loan agreements, etc. * Tracking employee registration with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), payroll cards, etc. * Handling biweekly payroll: supporting payment processes, reviewing and controlling payroll data. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (advanced student or graduate). * 2–3 years of experience in an accounting firm or similar roles. * Solid knowledge of accounting records, reconciliations, and administrative processes. * Experience handling invoicing. * Familiarity with payroll processes (preferably biweekly). * Intermediate Excel (advanced preferred). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
