We are looking for your talent for the position: ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT in the Tacubaya area. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Objective Record, control, and analyze compliance with tax obligations and maintain the organization's financial health. Requirements Experience in: Updated CDFI requirements. Accounting records, expense tracking, payroll, and revenue recording. Accounting principles and ERP system management. Billing. Responsibilities: Recording corporate-level service liabilities. Recording payroll liabilities, severance payments, savings fund, food vouchers, and worker-employer contributions, including FONACOT. Supervising bridge accounting accounts across branches. Supervising and cleaning the fiscal vault within the system. Reviewing and recording expense accounts. Reclassifications. Downloading bank transaction statements. Monitoring payment due dates and scheduling; receiving, reviewing, controlling, and processing reimbursements. Billing, collections, and internal customer service.
