We are Grupo Andrade, a 100% Mexican company with extensive market experience. We invite you to join our team as: ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (Accounts Payable). On-site work mode: 5 minutes from Etiopía Metro or Metrobús station. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 9:00–14:00 hrs. What we seek: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (recent graduate, intern, or certified). Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable. ERP system proficiency (BPRO preferred but not mandatory). Intermediate Excel skills (databases, formulas, data cross-referencing, filters, and tables). Analytical ability. Familiarity with online banking portals. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing vendor payment schedules, recording accruals, and archiving liabilities. Vendor communication via email and telephone. Electronic invoicing (CFDI usage, payment method and form, SAT key). Recording and applying advance payments. Managing payments to vendors and service providers. Scheduling payments and sending payment confirmations. Performing bank reconciliations. Handling various administrative tasks.
