Responsible for the digital filing of tax receipts. Bank reconciliations. Recording of income. Review of staff attendance lists for construction sites. Review of weekly and monthly payroll with the viewer. Review of IMSS payments. Tracking of customer invoicing via the client portal. Preparation of the DIOT. Customer invoicing, as well as tracking of the payment complement. Uploading invoices to the client portal. Willingness to learn, schedule flexibility, no issues with commuting, availability for various tasks—including those mentioned above—and work follows a British week schedule. Job Summary: We are seeking a Credit and Collections Manager to ensure timely payment recovery, coordinate with drivers, and keep documentation up to date in a potato production company. Collaborates on accounting closings and key reports At Peimbert, we are a Mexican company dedicated to the production of fresh and frozen potato products. Our objective is to offer our customers products of the highest quality, with the guarantee of freshness in every delivery. Job Objective: To efficiently manage the credit and collections process, ensuring timely customer payment recovery, proper application of payments, and coordination with drivers for cash collection at the end of delivery routes. Main Responsibilities: * Evaluate and approve credit lines for new and existing customers in accordance with the company’s internal policies. * Register new customers in the system and follow up on their approval. * Conduct timely and consistent daily, weekly, and monthly collections follow-up, including sending payment information to customers. * Coordinate with logistics personnel (drivers) for payment collection and corresponding delivery receipts. * Accurately record and apply received payments in the accounting system. * Manage and control documentation related to collections, such as invoices, credit notes, receipts, and other supporting documents. * Prepare and monitor key reports, including: * Collections by salesperson * Cash invoice settlements * Accounts receivable and overdue portfolio reports * Evidence of stamped invoices to be sent to the Sales Department * Contact customers with overdue payments, issue reminders, and negotiate payment plans when necessary. * Collaborate in accounting closing processes related to accounts receivable. * Ensure strict compliance with internal credit and collections policies. * Maintain constant communication and collaboration with the Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth operations. * Perform banking procedures such as deposits, payroll check exchanges, balance reviews, and reconciliation of paid invoices. * Conduct portfolio audits to verify and ensure proper management of outstanding customer accounts. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred). * Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar positions. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. * Availability for overtime during driver route closings. * Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a standard vehicle.
