You will report directly to the **Product Designer Lead** and collaborate on defining the design strategy for our payment platforms. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday. From Monday to Thursday, working hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. On Friday, working hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. **What do you need to apply?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Digital Arts, Graphic Design, or related field. * **Languages:** Intermediate English proficiency. * **Experience:** At least **8 years** of UX/UI design experience, with a strong portfolio. * **Industry:** Preferably **FinTech** or **SaaS** companies. * **Methodology:** Practical, in-depth knowledge of **Scrum**. * **Tools:** Expert-level proficiency in **Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD**, or similar tools. * **Skills:** Leadership, assertive communication, and ability to confidently defend design decisions with stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * **Design Execution:** Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for B2B payment applications and platforms. * **Research:** Conduct user research and data analysis to inform design decisions. * **Design System:** Actively contribute to the creation and evolution of the company’s design system. * **Strategy:** Collaborate with the Product Designer Lead to align design vision with business objectives. * **Collaboration:** Work with development and customer support teams to reduce support tickets through usability improvements. **Key Competencies** * **Results-Oriented:** Ability to ensure execution and take full ownership of outcomes. * **Accountability:** Proactive attitude toward problems and adversity. * **Frustration Tolerance:** Maintain high performance in demanding and rapidly changing situations. * **Planning and Organization:** Ability to effectively define goals, deadlines, and resources. * **Communication:** Excellence in oral and written communication for presentations to leaders and clients.
