Ensures compliance with internal policies and regulations Job Objective Provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources Department, collaborating in recruitment, personnel administration, training, and document management, ensuring compliance with current internal policies and labor regulations. Functions and Responsibilities * Post job vacancies on job boards and professional networks. * Screen resumes and coordinate interviews. * Support the hiring and onboarding process. * Compile and maintain up-to-date employee files. * Prepare employment contracts, official letters, and administrative documentation. * Support attendance and leave management (absences, permissions, vacations). * Manage databases and generate departmental reports. * Assist in organizing training sessions and internal events. * Follow up on performance evaluations. * Address employee inquiries related to HR processes. Job RequirementsAcademic Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field (completed or in progress). Technical Knowledge * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). * Basic knowledge of labor legislation. * Experience with payroll systems or HR software (preferred). * Basic interview and selection techniques.
