Personal assistant to the director. Administration of various affiliated companies. Managing the company’s and director’s calendar. Identifying potential investment opportunities. Monitoring income, expenses, and disbursements. Submitting reports to management. Tracking invoicing and payments. Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and service providers. Overseeing and reporting on property-related expenses. Managing rental properties. Preparing and handling correspondence, reports, and documents. Other duties as assigned.
