High level of organization and confidentiality **Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant \| General Management** Mexico \| Full-time \| On-site At **CONMEX**, we are looking for an **Executive Assistant** with a high level of organization, confidentiality, and executive focus to provide strategic support to the General Management and ensure proper administrative and document management. **Position Objective** To provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to executives, ensuring accurate coordination of schedules, meetings, travel, and institutional documentation, in compliance with corporate processes and guidelines. **Main Responsibilities** * Management and coordination of executive calendars, meetings, and videoconferences. * Organization of travel, interviews, and institutional commitments. * Drafting, control, and follow-up of official letters, reports, memoranda, and official documentation. * Telephone and in-person support to internal and external clients. * Administrative control: office supplies and verification of travel expenses. * Compliance with internal policies and the Quality Management System. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree (mandatory). * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. * Advanced English (fluent). * Excellent writing skills, spelling, and handling of confidential information. **Key Competencies** Service orientation · Organization · Effective communication · Responsibility · Adherence to guidelines · Discretion. **We Offer:** Base Salary: $17,955 monthly gross, less applicable taxes Benefits exceeding legal requirements, including: 13% Savings Fund, 10% Grocery Vouchers, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAR.
