




Job Summary: We are seeking an Executive Assistant for a medical equipment distribution company, responsible for administrative management, coordination, and ensuring supplies and services for the General Management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Scheduling coordination, meetings, travel, and per diems for management. 2. Preparation and control of administrative documentation and reports. 3. Handling phone calls, visitors, suppliers, and internal requests. A reputable medical equipment distribution company is seeking: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT Profile: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. * 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Basic English proficiency (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate \- advanced). * Willingness to travel. Responsibilities: * Prepare, compile, and control documentation, reports, files, and administrative follow-ups for General Management. * Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, reservations, per diems, and expense verification for management. * Ensure supply of materials and services; handle phone calls, visitors, suppliers, and internal requests. Benefits: * Gross monthly salary: $12,000 * Full statutory benefits * Monthly food vouchers (starting from the 3rd month) * Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (2-hour lunch break); occasional Saturdays, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
