




Responsibilities Directly assist Management in administrative and executive tasks. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. Draft, review, and manage correspondence and official documentation. Coordinate travel, accommodations, and executive logistics. Support project management, budget control, and performance indicator tracking. Maintain effective communication with internal and external clients. Comply with confidentiality and professionalism guidelines. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Communication, or related field. Minimum experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar position (Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, or Senior Administrative role). Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Excellent spelling, writing, and written communication skills.
