Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Assistant to support the commercial department in document management, order processing, and sales cycle tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Get to know us and join us! **Responsibilities:** \- Support the sales department by managing documents, processing orders, issuing invoices, and attending to customers \- Quotation entry \- Stock verification with warehouse to confirm availability of materials for sale \- Manage the order process in ODOO, ensuring accurate data entry and management for proper dispatch \- Generate daily order and sales reports for commercial executives \- Collaborate with sales staff to monitor active orders and ensure timely order completion \- Track the entire sales cycle from initial sales contact through final delivery to the customer **Experience Requirements:** \- Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree or Technical High School diploma in Administration or related fields \- 1 year of experience as a **Sales Assistant** \- Knowledge of ODOO (Desirable) \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) **We Offer:** **\- Salary of $13,000 to $14,000 gross.** \- Statutory benefits \+ Attendance and Punctuality Bonus \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM \- Direct employment contract with the company Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Application Question(s): * Salary expectations * Have you previously handled sales department reporting?
