We are looking for: **Sales Assistant** Your primary objective will be to support commercial executives in sales processes, build strong client relationships, and achieve company goals. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field * Proven experience in sales or commercial areas * Customer service orientation * Strong negotiation and sales closing skills * CRM system proficiency * Mathematical aptitude (fractions, conversions) * Teamwork and problem-solving abilities **Responsibilities:** * Enter customer orders into the system * Customer service and support * Track customer orders * Assist sales executives with quotations * Support follow-up calls regarding quotations * Review inventory levels in the system * Register new customers in the system; collect documents required for credit approval * Proper and complete use of the CRM system * Monitor shipping plans * Track invoice generation for assigned customers **We Offer:** * Base salary: 12,500 * Year-end bonus exceeding legal requirements * Savings fund * Savings box * Positive work environment Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00–18:00; Saturday, 9:00–13:00 Location: Paseo Bicentenario 66, Los Reyes Acozac, Tecámac 55755.
