DE C.V. is seeking a Workshop Manager in Texcoco, State of Mexico** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Automotive Workshop Manager** ============================= **Work Location:** Texcoco, State of Mexico **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs. Saturday, 09:00–14:00 hrs. **Do you have experience coordinating workshops and leading technical teams?** -------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a **Workshop Manager** with operational focus, leadership ability, and solid technical knowledge in automotive mechanics to ensure compliance with repair programs and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Receive and interpret work and repair programs. * Assign tasks to technicians based on experience and specialization. * Supervise adherence to the repair schedule. * Authorize and manage material resources for each work order. * Supervise and validate completed repairs. * Conduct tests on repaired vehicles. * Issue daily status reports (repaired and pending). * Manage teams and tools required for operations. * Coordinate with the warehouse on material control and consumption. * Guide staff on quality best practices and workmanship. * Collaborate with maintenance to ensure proper functioning of work equipment. **Requirements** -------------- **Education:** Technical degree in Automotive Mechanics or related engineering field. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in automotive workshops, multi-brand dealerships, or similar environments.
