Position Summary: We are seeking a Workshop Coordinator to lead and supervise the maintenance of our fleet, ensuring optimal operational performance and managing the technical team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and supervises the workshop's daily operations. 2. Ensures preventive and corrective maintenance. 3. Manages spare parts, inventory, and key resources. At Ávila Transportes, we seek a Workshop Coordinator who ensures our fleet remains in optimal condition and fully operational. What You Will Do: • Lead and supervise the workshop's daily operations. • Ensure timely and proper preventive and corrective maintenance. • Guarantee vehicle availability. • Coordinate the technical team: mechanics, electricians, diesel technicians, and support staff. • Manage spare parts, inventory, and key resources. • Handle incidents and provide technical support for complex failures. • Maintain communication with operations and drivers. • Provide remote roadside assistance support. • Be available for workshop coverage. What We Are Looking For: • Minimum 4 years of experience in transportation maintenance. • Knowledge of diesel engines, spare parts, and truck types. • Leadership and decision-making skills. • Flexible working hours. • Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. • Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Experience with air brakes, electrical systems, and diagnostic scanners. • Experience with vehicles: Isuzu, KW 300, KW T300, ISX, and M2.
