Job Summary: Specialized technician in winding electric motors and maintaining pumping equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Key Highlights: 1. Expert in diagnosis and repair of electric motors and pumping equipment. 2. Extensive experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of pumps. 3. Advanced knowledge of electrical and mechanical drawings, and safety standards. WINDER: Diagnose faults in electric motors. Disassemble and clean motors. Remove damaged windings. Calculate winding parameters (turns, wire gauge, connections). Wind stators and rotors. Insulate and varnish windings. Reassemble and perform electrical tests on motors. Use measuring tools and equipment (multimeter, megger, etc.). Interpret electrical diagrams BASIC KNOWLEDGE Types of electric motors (single-phase, three-phase, induction, etc.). Winding calculations. Insulating materials and varnishes. Use of magnet wire. Electrical safety standards. Reading of electrical drawings. PUMPING EQUIPMENT MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN Ensure installation, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of pumping equipment, guaranteeing optimal performance and extending service life. Minimum 1–3 years of pump maintenance experience (centrifugal, submersible, hydraulic). Experience in diagnosing mechanical failures. Proficiency with hand tools and measuring equipment. Technical knowledge: Types of pumps (centrifugal, submersible, peripheral, etc.). Hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Reading of mechanical drawings. Equipment alignment and balancing. Mechanical seals, bearings, and electric motors. Industrial safety standards. Main Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumping equipment. Diagnose mechanical failures and propose solutions. Dismantle, inspect, and reassemble pumps. Install and commission equipment. Prepare technical service reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards.
