Excellent work environment and growth **Herkel Recubrimientos**, a 100% Mexican company experiencing growth with over 30 years in the electrocoating industry, is seeking a **Welding Supervisor in San Miguel Ajusco, Tlalpan**, due to operational expansion and increased activity. **What will you do?** You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating welding activities, ensuring work quality, adherence to production schedules, and compliance with safety standards. * Supervision of welding personnel and plant operations. * Monitoring of welding processes and assembly of metal structures. * Quality verification of welds and interpretation of blueprints. * Coordination of corrective and preventive maintenance tasks. * Control of welding materials, tools, and equipment. * Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. **What are we looking for?** Individuals with leadership skills, a technical focus, and experience in industrial welding processes. * Technical degree or verifiable experience in welding or industrial processes. * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising welding personnel. * Knowledge of MIG, TIG, stick welding processes, and blueprint reading. * Proficiency in handling welding tools and equipment. * Leadership, organization, and teamwork skills. * Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. **What do we offer?** * Job stability * Continuous training * Professional and technical development * Excellent work environment **Growth** You will have opportunities to develop leadership, operational management, and specialized expertise in industrial and manufacturing processes.
