The Weekend Security Guard is responsible for ensuring a safe and pleasant environment while maintaining a professional appearance, courteous treatment, and attention to detail, demonstrating excellent attitude and communication with our customers while protecting store assets. **Responsibilities:** * Greet customers courteously, ensuring orderly entry and exit. * Conduct active surveillance to detect and deter suspicious or disruptive behavior, always acting with discretion and strict adherence to protocols. * Perform regular patrols to maintain order and security. * Assist customers as needed and serve as a support point for store staff. * Respond quickly, calmly, and assertively to any incident, filing the appropriate reports. **Requirements:** * Excellent personal presentation. * Availability to work on a 12x12 hour schedule (weekends only). * Assertive communication, emotional control, kindness, and firmness. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in private security, loss prevention (retail/boutiques), or related customer service positions. * Minimum education level: Junior high school (high school preferred). **We Offer:** * Daily wage of $600 * Job stability.
