Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Leader to manage unionized personnel, control inventory, administer product rotation, and monitor productivity indicators. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages unionized personnel and ensures warehouse recordkeeping. 2. Administers product rotation and controls inventory with Oracle. 3. Analyzes and continuously improves productivity and key performance indicators. GEPP, a portfolio development company of leading brands with nationwide presence and over 40,000 employees, invites you to join its great family: ### **We are seeking a Warehouse Leader** Work location: **Tultitlán**, State of Mexico. ### **Required Skills:** Education: **Industrial Engineering**, Logistics Engineering, or related Bachelor's degree Verifiable experience as a Warehouse Supervisor (preferably in mass-consumption companies) Experience managing **unionized personnel**. ### **Talent Profile:** * Experience managing **unionized personnel** (team size exceeding 45 people) * Ensures accurate recording of finished goods and raw material entries and exits in warehouses (cyclic / blind counts, transfer validation) * Administers product rotation to prevent/reduce **shrinkage**. * Controls warehouse inventory through ORACLE to ensure real-time system data accuracy * Performs route pre-billing in MSIO and billing systems. * Monitors daily **KPIs**, analyzes performance, and continuously improves productivity. ### **Schedule:** Three rotating shifts (**morning, afternoon, and night**) from Monday to Saturday. ### **At GEPP, we value your talent:** ### **Base salary: $15,932.00 \+ $550 vouchers** • Savings fund • Housing Fund • GNP Life Insurance • IMSS Social Security • Growth opportunities and more. ### **SUCCESS STORIES BEGIN HERE!** “Participation in GEPP’s and/or its subsidiaries’ recruitment, evaluation, selection, and hiring processes is completely free of charge.
