Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to manage inventory, optimize processes, lead teams, and ensure quality control in warehousing operations. Key Highlights: 1. Manages inventory and optimizes warehousing processes 2. Leads and trains warehouse staff 3. Ensures quality control across all operations Responsibilities: * Inventory Management: Supervise and coordinate all inventory-related activities, ensuring product accuracy and availability * Process Optimization: Implement and improve warehousing and distribution processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs * Team Leadership: Direct, train, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring a productive and safe working environment * Quality Control: Ensure receiving, storage, and dispatch procedures comply with company standards * Reporting and Analysis: Generate periodic reports on inventory status, operations, and any relevant incidents Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar role. * Advanced English language proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and inventory systems. * Knowledge of inventory management and logistics. * Ability to lead teams and make effective decisions.
