In this role, the individual will complete activities related to shipment receipt and documentation, as well as receipt of bagged goods, and ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Load and unload bulk bags of feed. * Chock trucks and load/unload vehicles. * Operate powered mobile equipment. * Support cycle counting processes. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in facility operations within their area of responsibility, with limited authority to implement changes as defined by management. * Understand and comply with all safety policies and procedures, including equipment lockout/tagout, and maintain a safe and clean work environment. * Review and complete shipping and receiving documentation, enter information into computerized systems, and escalate issues as needed using foundational knowledge of processes and procedures. * Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Completed secondary education or higher. * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, stooping, or twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to work in various environments where noise, dust, chemicals, etc., may be present, using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts, with advance notice. * Prior experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred. * Experience using a computer is preferred. * Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is preferred. * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office software, such as Excel and Word, is preferred.
