Join our team We have an employment opportunity for a **Warehouse Manager** **Key Responsibilities** ***Receiving and Shipping Management*** \* Coordinate and supervise goods receiving, verifying against purchase orders, shipping manifests, and delivery orders. \* Inspect quality, quantity, and physical condition of received materials. \* Authorize and control outgoing shipments per internal requisitions and customer orders. \* Ensure timely and accurate delivery to production or logistics. ***Inventory Control*** \* Execute and supervise cyclic and monthly inventories to ensure inventory reliability. \* Identify, analyze, and correct inventory discrepancies (shortages, overages, losses). \* Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking. \* Accurately track receipts, issues, and internal movements. ***Warehouse Administration*** \* Strategically organize and classify goods (locations, rotation, identification). \* Ensure warehouse order, cleanliness, and proper layout. \* Implement improvements in layout, processes, and workflow. \* Supervise proper use of warehouse equipment and tools. ***Administrative Control and Systems*** \* Keep system records updated (ERP or internal controls). \* Manage requisitions, shipping documentation, and material traceability. \* Generate inventory, movement, and warehouse performance reports. ***Supervision and Coordination*** \* Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks. \* Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales to ensure uninterrupted material flow. \* Track supplier deliveries and on-time performance.
