Managing product rotation and inventory control GEPP, a portfolio development company with leading brands, national presence, and over 40,000 employees, invites you to join its large family: ### **We are seeking a Warehouse Leader** Work location: **Tlalnepantla**, State of Mexico. ### **Required Skills:** Education: **Industrial Engineering**, Logistics Engineering, or related Bachelor's degree Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor (preferably in fast-moving consumer goods companies) Experience managing **unionized staff**. ### **Talent Profile:** * Management of **unionized staff** (team size exceeding 45 people) * Ensuring accurate recording of inflows and outflows of finished goods and raw materials in warehouses (cyclic counts / blind counts, transfer validation) * Managing product rotation to prevent/reduce **shrinkage**. * Inventory control via ORACLE to ensure real-time system data accuracy * Route pre-billing in MSIO and billing systems. * Daily KPI tracking, analysis, and continuous productivity improvement. ### **Schedule**: Three rotating shifts (**morning, afternoon, and night**) from Monday to Saturday. ### **At GEPP, we value your talent:** ### **Base salary: $16,990.00 + $550 vouchers** • Savings fund • Housing fund • GNP life insurance • IMSS social security • Career growth opportunities and more. ### **SUCCESS STORIES BEGIN HERE!** "Participation in GEPP’s and/or its subsidiaries’ recruitment, evaluation, selection, and hiring processes is completely free of charge.
