Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, organizing, inventorying, and loading materials, ensuring compliance with specifications and information accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the material flow from receipt to customer loading. 2. Ensures proper storage and inventory control. 3. Maintains documentation accuracy and procedure compliance. Organizing materials for final product shipment to customers and conducting inventory of products found in the warehouse Receiving products while verifying compliance with specifications and matching information against purchase department’s dispatch (activity performed each time products are received). Loading materials to customers to confirm they are the required items and prevent errors, supported by received documentation containing correct descriptions and information (invoice, purchase order, etc.). Ensuring merchandise is stored using the FIFO method in the appropriate location, according to product handling and storage specifications (temperature, weight, dimensions, etc.). Preparing Kardex records, documenting product inflows and outflows.
