Position: Warehouse Data Entry Clerk Requirements: * Completed high school education * Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, inventory control, and warehouse operations. * Intermediate proficiency in Office suite (especially Excel), and preferably experience with ERP, WMS, or database systems. Responsibilities: * Inbound and Outbound Transactions: Enter into the system merchandise receipts, returns, and products shipped to customers or production lines. * Inventory Control: Assist in recording results of cyclic and monthly inventories, reconciling physical stock with system records. * Document Validation: Verify that invoices, delivery notes, or supporting documents match the physical goods. * Report Generation: Prepare volume lists, purchase orders, and daily movement reports for the administrative department.
