At Yellow Scaffolding, we specialize in the production, sale, and rental of scaffolding and formwork; efficient and effective processes, coupled with exceptional service and customer care, are our commitment. **\*We are seeking:\*** **\*WAREHOUSE CLERK / DATA ENTRY OPERATOR\*** **\*JOB OBJECTIVE\*** To supervise the assigned branch across the following areas: warehouse operations, loading/unloading, logistics and material distribution, and personnel management. **\*RESPONSIBILITIES:\*** * Inventory management * Loading and unloading operations * Logistics coordination * Material maintenance * Organization and cleanliness * Personnel management * Decision-making * General checklists * Operational supervision * Data entry * KPI management (audits) * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency **\*REQUIREMENTS:\*** · Mechanical Engineering Administrator, Mechanical-Electrical Engineer, or related field (recent graduate), or completed high school diploma or technical certification. · One (1) year of experience performing the described duties. **\*WE OFFER:\*** · Salary: $14,000 – $16,000 per month, pre-tax. · Full IMSS registration. · Statutory vacation days. · Vacation bonus: 25%. · Thirteenth-month bonus (Aguinaldo): 15 days. · Profit-sharing. · Punctuality and attendance bonus: 3%. · Guaranteed bonus of $2,000.00 per month for the first three months. · Productivity bonus: tons handled × cost per ton. · Direct employment contract with the company. · Company-provided computer and mobile phone. **\*ADDITIONAL BENEFITS UPON COMPLETION OF PROBATION PERIOD (3 MONTHS):\*** · Grocery vouchers: 5%. · Savings fund: 5% (doubled when disbursed in December). · Interest-free loans (up to 15 days’ salary). · School support (children – August). · Financial assistance for birth, marriage, or bereavement. **\*ANNUAL BENEFIT:\*** · Major medical expense insurance – individual coverage. **\*WORK LOCATION:\*** Carr Nacional 960, Col.
