Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, inspecting, labeling, and shipping finished goods, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment and inventory reliability. Key Highlights: 1. Learning and development opportunities Job Objective Receive, inspect, label, store, and ship finished goods, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment as well as inventory reliability and proper handling. Key Responsibilities Receive, count, and store finished goods from production and procurement. Label each batch with barcodes and traceability data. Perform storage and order picking following the FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology. Fulfill domestic, export, and internal transfer orders accurately and on time, documenting shortages when applicable. Maintain inventory reliability through cycle counts and participation in physical inventories. Segregate and report non-conforming or returned products; deliver to Quality or responsible department. Ensure correct identification, packaging, storage, and protection of finished goods. Record temperature and humidity in the area three times daily and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area and assist with loading/unloading vehicles when required. Comply with the Internal Work Regulations and other company policies. Requirement Desired Detail Education Completed high school diploma Experience 6 months to 1 year in warehouse, inventory, or logistics Knowledge Warehouse and inventory management, forklift certification (desirable), FIFO, barcode scanner operation, basic Excel Competencies Commitment to quality, internal/external customer orientation, teamwork, knowledge management, initiative, and organization.
