**Integra Estrategias is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Irapuato, Guanajuato** ------------------------------------------------------------------------- **A leading company in its sector is looking for your talent as:** ***Warehouse Assistant (Inventory)*** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 1\-2 years of experience in a similar role, including use of inventory management systems. * Inventory management systems, counting techniques and product identification, data analysis skills, grammage and weight measurements, mathematical agility. **Responsibilities:** * Clarify and document discrepancies; correct entries in the system (Inventory Analyst) with the Plant Manager’s approval. * Prepare reprocessing reports (shrinkage, damaged products); inform the client, initiate hold procedures to allow the client to decide whether to destroy or ship the items. Notify Quality Assurance. * Manage auditor productivity and warehouse reliability; report to Operations weekly. * Monitor operational KPIs, pending movements, and virtual locations—ensuring products are not left under such status at end-of-day. * Initiate holds and remove products only upon client approval via the control desk. * Schedule cyclic counts and customer inventories for the inventory auditor. * Generate incident reports (all findings) resulting from inventory audits, to be delivered to the Operations Executive for client notification. * Comply with safety and quality requirements. * Inspect and dispatch damaged products to the warehouse. **Benefits:** * Salary: $11,400 gross monthly * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund starting from the 3rd month. * Work location: Irapuato, Gto.
