Job Summary: Responsible for the comprehensive management of warehouses, including inventory, material control, logistics, and personnel supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Proven warehouse and inventory control experience. 2. Mandatory forklift operation skills. 3. Coordination of deliveries and route optimization. Main Responsibilities  Inventory control and reconciliation (physical vs. system). Loading and unloading of materials  Managing material entries and exits in the system, with emphasis on documentary traceability.  Supervising proper arrangement, labeling, and storage of materials (complying with safety, stacking, and weight regulations).  Validating outgoing shipments against delivery orders, shipping documents, or requisitions.  Stock control; requesting materials as needed.  Shrinkage control.  Coordinating deliveries, dispatches, and internal logistics.  Planning and optimizing delivery routes; meeting order fulfillment and delivery time requirements.  Ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse.  Supervising warehouse staff and drivers. Requirements • Proven warehouse and INVENTORY CONTROL experience. • FORKLIFT operation skills (mandatory). • Valid driver’s license. • Knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Office suite. • No restrictions regarding loading and handling of materials. • Familiarity with CDMX for delivery route planning. • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 9:00–15:00 hrs. • Integrity, honesty, responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail. • Teamwork orientation and adherence to guidelines. • Organized, punctual, able to work under pressure, effective communicator. • Experience maintaining logs and administrative processes. • Focus on warehouse documentary traceability. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Knowledge: Coordination ability, Communication, Resilience, Loading/unloading of goods, Reconciliations, Warehouse control, Inventory control, Materials, Microsoft Office, Forklifts, Route optimization, Supervision, Traceability, Load handling, Inspection Driver’s licenses: A Keywords: resident, supervisor, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, warehouse, warehouse, storehouse, warehouse, logistics, logistics
