At the CHEDRAUI CEDIS Teoloyucan, we are seeking a **Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator** for the following location: **Carretera Cuautitlán Zumpango Lote 25 Mz 825, MEX 35 36, San Juan, 54760 Teoloyucan, Méx.** Preferred education level: Completed Bachelor's degree, Experience: Minimum 6 months of verifiable experience in a logistics-distribution center (within operations: RECEIVING AREA, SHIPPING, INVENTORY, PICKING, ETC.) **Medical Requirements:** **No sprains, fractures, recent injuries impairing mobility, or surgeries less than 6 months old** **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and optimize merchandise distribution, as well as storage, distribution, and transportation processes, ensuring efficient operation while meeting deadlines, cost targets, and regulatory requirements. * Manage KPIs; supervise approximately 35 personnel; experience in picking, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and returns. **Work Schedule:** Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off; availability required (including shifts up to 12 hours per operation); monthly rotating shifts: * Morning shift: 6 AM to 2 PM, * Afternoon shift: 2 PM to 10 PM, * Night shift: 10 PM to 5 AM **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $13,500.00, paid biweekly via Santander payroll. * 10% food vouchers based on base salary. * Bonus of $4,500, divided into three payments: * \- First payment: $1,500 after 30 days from contract signing\- Second payment: $1,500 after 60 days from contract signing\- Third payment: $1,500 after 90 days from contract signing * **\*Bonus is forfeited entirely upon occurrence of any absence or incident** * **IMSS** * **INFONAVIT** * **FONACOT** * **12 DAYS OF VACATION** * **30-DAY CHRISTMAS BONUS** * **25% VACATION PREMIUM** * **25% SUNDAY PREMIUM** * **PROFIT-SHARING** **INTERESTED CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL** Salary: Starting at $13,500.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
